Eight Mediterranean is a new restaurant and coffee shop concept based in the UK. The company was established in 2015 by founder, Huseyin Sevket.

Huseyin is a hospitality industry expert, with specialist skills in business turnaround and strategy implementation for food and beverage operations. He has decades of experience in many aspects of the industry including contract catering, airline catering, special events, and food and beverage retail.
In addition to developing the Eight concept and menus, Huseyin has also focused on a completely different aspect of healthy eating and recipe / menu engineering and is the co-founder of Smart Food World Ltd.
The Eight Concept
The concept was born out of the opportunity to provide a healthy alternative offering in the high street with a diverse range of menus to include breakfast, daily lunch specials, afternoon teas, lunch, Sunday lunch and dinner, whether you work in a business or office environment or are a local resident, visitor, or shopper. The menus are designed to appeal across all palates and unlike alternative offerings in the high street, Eight does not rely on one core product with variations on that product.
Our aim will be to establish Eight as the first choice for food fast, providing our target customers with a good, healthy product at a reasonable price. We will aim to increase our market share as quickly as possible, appealing to all socioeconomic groups through an effective marketing strategy, an accelerated branch opening programme and early consideration for franchising and international expansion.
